Designatti is a public design celebration hosted by Lollypop Design Studio’s Chennai team, bringing together creative minds from across the design community. The logo for the event had a fun, bouncy character — reflecting energy, experimentation, and joy. My task was to translate this into motion while staying true to its clean aesthetic. I focused on expressive type animation, keeping the composition uncluttered and elegant. The animation was designed to enhance the logo’s personality with rhythm, bounce, and minimalism — making it feel both professional and playful.

The brief for Designatti was to animate the logo in a way that feels fun, vibrant, and true to its design roots — without overdoing it. Since the logo already had a bouncy and expressive nature, I was asked to enhance that through motion while keeping the animation minimal and focused. The key challenge was to animate the typography in a way that felt celebratory and dynamic, yet retained clarity and avoided visual clutter. It needed to feel polished but full of life — just like the event itself.
